#NatSecGirlSquad x Guidehouse Survey
With the help of more than 800 #NatSecGirlSquad voices, we partnered with Guidehouse to release a new study: “What It Looks Like vs. What It Is: Building Competent Diversity in National Security and Defense.”
The report is not the end of our work, but rather the beginning of the next chapter of #NatSecGirlSquad’s growth. Armed with this data and our ever expanding knowledge base, #NatSecGirlSquad is now even better poised to provide technical assistance as we recruit, retain, promote, and support the force of the future.
