Courageous Conversations for the Path Forward: A live interactive workshop
Courageous Conversations for the Path Forward is a dynamic interactive on-line workshop that will help you be better at courageous conversations. This could be a conversation asking for what you need or being your true self even when it’s uncomfortable. The workshop applies the results of Brené Brown’s empirical research on vulnerability and courage to help you show up more authentically.
In collaboration with deLacy Associates, Courageous Conversations for the Path Forward is tailored for the National Security Girl Squad. Led by Karen deLacy, Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator - and former CIA clandestine officer - the live workshop will help you explore the skill sets of courage; the connection between courage and vulnerability; and provide a practical framework to engage productively in difficult conversations.
Courageous Conversations for the Path Forward includes three 90-minute Zoom meetings November 18-20 from 11:00-12:30 pm (EST). Participants are expected to attend each session.
This engaging interactive learning program will help you understand the “why” and “how” of courageous conversations; you’ll leave the workshop better prepared for your next hard conversation.
Because of the interactive nature of the workshop, enrollment is limited to 15. It will not be recorded.
