Sasha Cohen O’Connell is a Director in Guidehouse’s National Security Sector where she leads teams providing strategic management consulting services to public sector clients. Ms. O’Connell joined Guidehouse (formerly PwC-Public Sector) in January, 2017 from the FBI where she most recently served as Chief Policy Advisory, Science and Technology. Prior to that role, Ms. O’Connell served as the Section Chief of the Office of National Policy for the FBI’s Deputy Director. Prior to leading the Office of National Policy, Ms. O’Connell served as Chief of the Executive Staff for the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division where she led strategic planning, performance evaluation, training, and communications for the Bureau’s criminal programs. Ms. O’Connell holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College as well as a Doctorate in Public Administration from American University where she currently serves in an adjunct faculty role. Ms. O’Connell currently sits on the Museum Advisory Committee for the National Law Enforcement Museum.
