Unicorn Strategies is hiring several fellows to support #NatSecGirlSquad: Conference Edition. This is a stipend position and will involve managing a team of interns. US is looking for subject-area specific fellows in addition to functional area fellows.

Fellows will serve as subject-area/functional team leads for the #NatSecGirlSquad, and will contribute to building panels and breakout sessions, securing speakers, and coordinating the overall programming goals of the event. Potential functional areas include press relations, government engagement, social media marketing, and operations.

Fellows will take ownership of their functional or subject areas, gaining  important front-line managerial expertise while serving as "near-peer mentors" to their intern teams.
