Alexandra Di Cocco
Alexandra Di Cocco is the Fellow for the Interagency Fireside Chat, and she also does recruiter outreach for the #NatSecGirlSquad Conference. Alexandra is a senior analyst at JPI, currently supporting the US Coast Guard and the Deputy Commandant for Mission Support’s Office of Integration (DCMS-5). She joins JPI after two years managing strategy-based programs for the Foresight, Strategy, and Risks Initiative at the Atlantic Council. Alexandra earned her BA with distinction from the University of Virginia, concentrating her studies on Kazakhstan’s multi-vector foreign policy and US-Russian relations. Her research focuses on US foreign policy and national security strategy, China’s Belt and Road Initiative, and government innovation. Previously, she was the executive and special projects assistant at WEConnect International, a DC-based nonprofit that links women-owned businesses to global corporate supply chains. Alexandra began her career as an intern with the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Strategic Management Systems program in the Office of Business Transformation in the Department of the Army.
